Agreement

By using the Aura website, store, or app you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use them.

Eligibility

You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have a parent's or guardian's consent, to use our services.

IMPORTANT — nature of our products and readings

Our gemstones, rudraksha, malas, astrological readings, palm readings, and compatibility results are offered for personal, spiritual, and entertainment purposes only. They are not medical, health, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice, and no specific outcome, result, or benefit is promised or guaranteed. Do not rely on them to make important decisions, and always consult a qualified professional for medical, mental-health, legal, or financial matters. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a professional.

Products, authenticity, and certification

Natural stones are lab-certified for the attributes stated, and rudraksha are certified for mukhi count. Photos are illustrative and natural items vary in colour, pattern, and size.

Orders, prices, and payment

Prices are in CAD unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed via Stripe on the website or via Apple or Google in the app. Taxes and shipping may apply.

We may correct pricing errors and refuse or cancel orders, including for suspected fraud or stock issues.

Shipping and delivery

See the Shipping and returns details on our Policies page. Delivery times are estimates, and risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns and exchanges

Unworn items in original condition with the certificate can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. See our Policies page for details.

The Aura app and digital credits

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app. Question credits and other digital items are consumed as you use them and are non-refundable, except where required by law or by the applicable app store's policy.

In-app purchases are also subject to Apple's or Google's terms.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse, copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service, and don't infringe our rights or the rights of others.

Intellectual property

The Aura name, content, and software are owned by us or our licensors.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service and products are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aura is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item or service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Aura against claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms.

Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Disputes are subject to the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
