Every piece is dispatched within 2 business days of your order being confirmed. Shipping is fully insured and tracked worldwide, with most parcels arriving in 5–9 business days and a tracking number emailed the moment it leaves our workshop.

Yes. Each gemstone, rudraksha, or mala travels in insured, tracked, gift-ready packaging, with its lab certificate enclosed. Nothing about the outer parcel hints at what's inside.

Do you ship outside Canada?

Yes — we ship worldwide with full insurance and tracking, alongside every Canada address.

What happens if my order doesn't arrive?

If tracking confirms a parcel hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, our insurance covers it — we reship at no cost or refund the order in full.

How do I choose the right stone for my chart?

Every recommendation starts with your birth details — date, time, and place. From there we match planetary stones (Sun, Moon, Mars, Mercury, Jupiter, Venus, Saturn, Rahu, Ketu) to the placements that matter for you. Not sure where to start? Are your gemstones and rudraksha certified and natural?

Every gemstone is natural, untreated unless disclosed, and independently lab-certified for carat, origin, and authenticity. Rudraksha beads are certified for mukhi count and authenticity. Certificates ship with the piece — email support@glitchexecutor.com with the order or product name if you'd like a copy in advance.

How do I wear or energise my gemstone?

Accepted Answer

We include energising and wearing instructions — the correct finger or chain, metal, day, and time to begin wearing the stone according to Vedic tradition — with every order. Email us if you'd like guidance specific to your chart.

What if I need to return or exchange a piece?

Accepted Answer

Email support@glitchexecutor.com with your order number within 7 days of delivery. Unworn pieces in original condition with certificate intact are eligible for return or exchange — we respond within a few hours during business hours (Mon–Fri 10am – 8pm EST, Sat 12pm – 6pm EST).
