Everything here is meant to answer the practical questions buyers care about before they order: authenticity, payment, shipping, privacy, and what happens when something goes wrong.
Every gemstone is natural and independently lab-certified for carat, origin, and authenticity; every rudraksha is certified for mukhi count. Certificates are enclosed with the piece and available on request before you buy.
We accept secure card checkout only. Orders are confirmed and prepared as soon as payment clears.
Dispatched within 2 business days. Fully insured, tracked worldwide shipping; most orders arrive in 5–9 business days. Each stone ships with its lab certificate in protective, gift-ready packaging.
Unworn pieces in original condition with the certificate intact can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, or the order arrives materially wrong, contact support and we'll make it right — every shipment is insured.
Customer and birth-chart details are used only for order review, stone recommendations, shipping updates, and support. We do not sell customer information or use it outside the storefront and fulfillment process.
